Alison Palmer - Director of Musical Express

I have two children Lilli (9) and Tom (6). I took Lilli along to a Musical Express class and never left, taking her and then Tom along to classes until they started school. I started working for Musical Express 7 years ago having always been in choirs and singing at Church, before I had children I sang with Goldsmiths Choral Union performing at the Albert Hall and the Barbican.

The classes we run have form and structure but within these the children are free to experiment, try all the instruments and most importantly have fun - taking on Musical Express feels like a natural progression for me and I look forward to meeting you and your children over the coming year.

Above all, Musical Express aims to make music fun!
